Shipping
The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. No
weekend or holiday delivery is available. Allow one extra day
for gift-wrapped, in seamed or monogrammed items. Please add one
additional business day for orders received after 5.00pm Eastern
Time. Rates are subject to change without further notice. |

Order Processing
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours.(Monday
through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).
If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order,
you will be contacted within one business day. |

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the
confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking
number can be used to check the status of your package at our
shipping carriers' online stores.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our
center by emailing us at
info@kidslovecoloring.com.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have
been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy
returns. |

Returns and Exchanges
Unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise may be returned
within 30 days. Items may be returned for any other reason
within 30 days after the shipping date for a merchandise
exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment.
Sorry, shipping charges are nonrefundable. |

Returning or Exchanging Items
Please e-mail us at
info@kidslovecoloring.com within 30 days after
the shipping date. We'll e-mail you the return address. Please
indicate at your e-mail if you want us to credit, the card used
to place the order. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what
you would like to have. We will not charge the costs for shipping
the exchange order. |
